This vest is made out of a proprietary blend of polyester and cotton, and it has an 80/20 goose down/feather construction that traps heat in while insulating it from the cold. It also has a mock neckline that is created out of suede tricot lining to deliver even more warmth than it would have otherwise. There is even a storm flap strategically placed over the front zipper to stop drafts from getting into it.
