The Jordan 1 High React Black Court Purple is a shoe that was inspired by the 1985 version with some updated design elements.
This iteration of the Jordan 1 High React is made with a leather and mesh upper. Black tumbled leather forms the toe area, which has perforations on the toe box. Lightweight black textile forms the side panels, and the Nike swoosh appears in hard plastic on each side in translucent colors. Court Purple leather forms the ankle strap and heel area. The ankle strap sports an Air Jordan logo in Flight Utility style in black, while the tongue also features Air Jordan branding and a pull tab. The shoe has a React midsole for performance enhancement and sits on a white outsole.
What we like best about this sneaker are the Flight Utility branding elements, as they give the shoe a modern look. The Jordan 1 High React Black Court Purple was released on September 23, 2019, and retailed for $170.
