Product Description

The Jordan 1 Retro AJKO Laney features a True Blue canvas upper with Topaz Gold highlighting the toe, Swoosh, laces, and collar. An aged Sail midsole rests underneath, accented by blue outsoles. The Wings logo appears on the ankle, while Nike branding appears on the tongue.

The Jordan 1 Retro series of sneakers was initiated for NBA megastar Michael Jordan to wear in 1984, during his time with the Chicago Bulls, followed by a release to the public in 1985. Since then, the basketball sneaker has become a classic, reimagined in myriad ways. To honor Michael Jordan's heritage, Nike has designed the Jordan 1 Retro in Laney colors, denoting the team colors of Laney High School in Wilmington, NC, Michael Jordan's high school alma mater before he attended the University of North Carolina.

In our opinion, the best feature of the Jordan 1 Retro is the Laney color palette, which looks great while representing a deep Jordan heritage. The Jordan 1 Retro AJKO Laney released on September 9, 2023, and retailed at $150.
