Product Description
The Jordan XXX1 Shattered Backboard is an Air Jordan 31 sneaker inspired by the iconic Air Jordan 1 Shattered Backboard, launched in 2015. This sneaker pays homage to Michael Jordan's famous 1985 dunk that shattered the backboard.
The Shattered Backboard Jordan XXX1 features an orange Flyweave upper at the collar and heel but pixelated into a black and orange grid-like pattern from the midfoot to the forefoot, including a white Nike Swoosh in the weave. An oversized black Jumpman logo adorns the orange collar, a debossed Jumpman hits the black tongue tag, and an orange-on-orange Wings logo is stamped onto the collar. The black Flightspeed midsole evenly distributes weight, and the translucent rubber outsole with a black Jumpman logo contains recycled material.
Our favorite detail of this sneaker is the gold image of a shattered backboard imprinted on the black tongue lining. The Jordan XXX1 Shattered Backboard was released on October 8, 2016, for $185 retail.
