It is made using a mix of materials such as leather, mesh, and other synthetic materials. The shoes also showcase a DIY look with a choppy topline, a worn-in effect, and display what is meant to look like leftover glue on various parts. They also have the size scrawled on with a marker-like effect, further enhancing the DIY aesthetic.
Our favorite thing about the Balenciaga Runner Black is the use of lightweight and breathable mesh on the upper to keep the shoes light in weight and allow constant air ventilation, both of which contribute significantly to the comfort levels experienced when wearing the shoes.
