Product Description

The Gucci Slide Black Rubber (Women's) in women's size is a running sneaker with a slip-on rubber mid- and outsole. Italian fashion house Gucci was founded in 1921 in Florence. Since then, the brand has become a worldwide phenomenon known for its design, craftsmanship, and originality.

This slide features Gucci's signature double G monogram. The double "G" motif is rendered as an embossed open cut-out, connected by embossed diagonal dotted lines. Additional Gucci branding appears on the midsole below the heel. The Gucci double "G" monogram dates to 1933, when founder Guccio Gucci's son Aldo designed the opposing interlocking sans serif capital "G", and it has remained a staple of the brand's roster ever since.

Our experts feel that the Gucci Slide's best feature is its monochrome Black palette, which is subtle yet chic. The Gucci Slide Black Rubber (Women's) was released on April 7, 2020, and retailed for $290.
