This mini Louis Vuitton Palm Springs backpack in black and red Monogram Infrarouge is perhaps the most coveted piece in the mini backpack family introduced by Nicolas Ghesquière, who replaced Marc Jacobs as creative director of the house of Louis Vuitton in 2013. Made of Monogram Infrarouge coated canvas, which LV calls "hypnotic," this bag has calfskin trimmings, a leather scarf loop, leather top handle, adjustable shoulder straps, silver tone hardware, a zip closure and a nylon lining. It also includes an outside zipped front pocket and is a lightweight versatile backpack for when you feel like carrying a bit less. The mini Louis Vuitton Palm Springs backpack debuted with the 2016 Louis Vuitton Cruise collection and quickly gained a legion of fans, including Rihanna, Gigi Hadid and Kourtney Kardashian. The Monogram Infrarouge collection came on the scene during the Spring/Summer 2015 runway and was made available in several LV designs, including the Alma and Zippy Wallet.
