Product Description
The Nike Air Foamposite One Chrome Black (GS), in grade school sizes, is a high-top athletic shoe featuring the liquid-like aesthetic of the Foamposite upper, done here in metallic Chrome. A Black leather lace panel and heel collar coordinate with a Black midsole and outsole. Nike Swoosh branding appears on the lace panel, the Swoosh and basketball logo embroidered on the rear heel, and additional branding on the tongue.
Nike designer Eric Avar conceptualized the Foamposite One in 1997 as a signature shoe for NBA Orlando Magic player Penny Hardaway. Evolving into a cult sneaker since its debut, the Foamposite One is known for its molded, seamless, textured upper and technical specifications like a carbon fiber plate in the midfoot and a Zoom Air unit.
Our experts feel that the Foamposite One's best feature is its Chrome and Black color palette, which showcases its liquid aesthetic. The Nike Air Foamposite One Chrome Black (GS) was released on February 8, 2020, and retailed for $180.
