The Keep Em Fresh iteration features a white leather upper with perforations on the toe box for breathability and a textured feel. The Nike Swoosh is on the side, and the shoe also has a Nike Air tag on the tongue. It comes with white flat laces for a secure fit.

The midsole is in Sail color and features the classic Air-Sole unit that is signature to the Nike Air Force 1 line.
