This blue-on-blue Nike Air Max 2017 features an upper of dark blue Flymesh that offers lightweight breathability and overall foot flexibility. Brighter blue synthetic foxing adds stability at the base of the upper and matches the bright blue rope laces and the bright blue Nike branding on the tongue. Molded foam beneath the mesh adds ridged support at both the midfoot and the heel. Foam cushioning in the midsole provides springy energy return and houses a full-length visible Air unit with Air Max branding in blue script. The black rubber outsole features a modified waffle pattering for traction and impact absorption.
