Product Description
Nike teamed up with Olivia Kim, Nordstrom's VP of Creative Projects, in 2019 to create the No Cover collection. It included a number of nostalgic New York City-inspired sneakers, including the Nike Air Max 98 Olivia Kim No Cover (Women's).
These Nike Air Max 98s feature red, green, and yellow uppers that are influenced by Jamaican culture and dance-hall music. They also have a cool color gradient effect that is influenced by the Nike Air Max 120 that came out in 1998. There are reflective details on the sneaker's toe box and other aspects of its upper as well that make it shine bright in low-light conditions.
What our experts like best about this revamped Air Max 98, though, is that it looks like it would have fit right in back in the 1990s, despite coming to fruition almost 20 years after that decade ended. The Nike Air Max 98 Olivia Kim No Cover (Women's) was released on November 8, 2019, when it retailed for $190.
