The Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 36 Black is part of Nike’s Ekiden Zoom Pack, sneakers that celebrate the season of relay racing in Japan. Each sneaker in this collection incorporates orange and teal into its colorway.
The upper of this performance running shoe is crafted from lightweight, airy black mesh with Flywire cables at the midfoot to enhance foot support. These orange cables peek out from the mesh to become some of the eyelets, thus helping to ensure snug closure. Orange- and black-striped laces close over glossy-blue eyestays. The collar is designed for a snug fit around the Achilles tendon for added comfort. This runner rides on an orange rubber outsole with grooves and vents for flexibility and pistons for traction.
