Product Description
The first Nike Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2 was introduced in 2003, and since then, Nike has brought it back in a bunch of different colorways. The Nike Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2 Barely Volt was one of the brightest colorways made available.
The upper on this sneaker was made of mesh and covered with Nike's bright Barely Volt color. It also included solid overlays that were done up in this same color. Nike created contrast by making the midsole completely white and incorporating Air bubbles into the heel, but it was impossible not to stare at the upper part of the shoe because of how bright it was.
Our favorite part of this shoe, though, may have been the premium branding used on the back. It featured both the Swoosh and a "Zoom Air" badge that provided the entire sneaker with a more premium look. The Nike Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2 Barely Volt was released on June 10, 2020, and retailed for $140 originally.
