The Nike Crater Impact Light Bone Crimson is a colorful sneaker constructed from at least 25% recycled materials and constructed using environmentally conscientious production techniques.
The Light Bone Crimson Nike Crater Impact features an off-white mesh upper that offers lightweight breathability. The off-white rope laces are made from 100% recycled polyester and thread through a bright red-orange one-piece webbing eye stay that reduces scrap waste at the factory. The straight edges of the off-white side panel also overlay the embroidered black Nike Swoosh to minimize scrap waste. The thick white midsole with black speckles made from recycled Crater Foam provides a soft landing and a springy takeoff. The speckled rubber outsole is crafted partially using recycled Nike Grind rubber.
What we enjoy most about this sneaker are the neon yellow hits that give the upper spark. We see this vibrant hue on the mesh tongue lining, the synthetic heel counter, and more subtly on the side panel stitching. The Nike Crater Impact Light Bone Crimson was released on April 8, 2021, for $110 retail.
