Product Description
Nike introduced the Nike Zoom 2K in 2018. It was a running sneaker that was designed to look like a shoe that might have come out in the late 1990s or early 2000s. The Nike Zoom 2K Triple Black was one of the first colorways that Nike unveiled.
Like the other Nike Zoom 2K sneakers released at the time, this one had an upper that consisted of a blend of leather, nylon, mesh, and rubber. The "Triple Black" colorway also featured two shades of black, and it had a small silver patch toward the back with "Zm" branding that provided some contrast for all the black found elsewhere.
But it was the small details used on this sneaker that made it a special sneaker to our experts. For example, it had the letters that spell out the word "ZOOM" on the eyelets on one side of the sneaker along with the numbers used to create "2000" on the eyelets on the other side. The Nike Zoom 2K Triple Black was released on December 22, 2018, when it retailed for $85.
