The Sahara Desert R698 featured plush, premium suede along the sidewalls and rear with a perforated leather toe box and solid leather mud guard. A lightly speckled white midsole represents the sand blowing through the desert, and the light hit of green near the heel gives a nod to the possibility of survival and life in the desert. The small green puma on the back highlights the Puma branding while "Trinomic" is debossed on the heel. Finished off with a classic and beloved gum outsole and blue synthetic leather lining, the Sahara Pumas embody all that inspired size?. Although not an instant hit with sneaker lovers, the size? R698 finds itself beloved by its owners for it's premium materials and well-fashioned color palette. Originally retailing for a price of £90, the Wilderness Pack Saharas reflected their inspiration like very few sneakers do.
