The Supreme Deer Tee Black is a Black cotton t-shirt with short sleeves featuring a multicolor illustration of a fawn in front of a target with two arrows in it. The Supreme logo appears in a handwritten style font below the illustration, which is printed small on the front left chest and large on the reverse.

Supreme originated in Lower Manhattan in 1994, remaining the leading authority on American skateboarding and streetwear style since its founding, due to their innovative collaborations with artists and heritage brands. Sean Cliver is an American artist with a robust skateboarding lineage, who began his career as a designer for legendary skateboarding brand Powell-Peralta in the 1980s, and the Deer Tee features his work.
