The finishing touches include a white neck label highlighting the original Supreme box logo in red and a "100% preshrunk cotton" black imprint. The chest area has more features innate to the Supreme brand. These include a black Supreme motif in enlarged block letters. An "Established 1994" writing informs of the first store opened in April 1994 on Lafayette Street in Manhattan. More imprints comprise the red box logo and a New York City lettering.
