Product Description
The Jordan 4 Retro Deep Royal Blue (GS) presents Tinker Hatfield’s iconic design in a new colorway and sizes it specifically for grade school-aged kids. This silhouette, originally launched in 1989, was the first worldwide release for the Jordan franchise.
The upper of the Deep Royal Blue (GS) Jordan 4 Retro is crafted from smooth white leather overlaid with gray nubuck at the toe cap. Molded blue synthetic forms the mudguard, side-panel wings, eyestays, and heel counter. White synthetic netting covers the windows at the side panel and throat to reveal white mesh underneath. The white foam midsole houses visible air and rides on a blue and black rubber outsole.
The aspect of this shoe that we most appreciate is the addition of bright orange to the colorway. These hits of contrast land on a Jumpman on the tongue, a Jumpman on the heel, and a rubber pod on the outsole that features a black Jumpman logo. The Jordan 4 Retro Deep Royal Blue (GS) was released on March 9, 2016, for $140 retail.
