The upper is made of nylon Ripstop mesh with crisscrossing shiny synthetic overlays. Like other models of the New Balance 1906R, the "Lunar New Year Pink" version finds inspiration in technical running shoes from the early 2000s. The ACTEVA LITE midsole provides responsive cushioning and contributes to the sneaker’s bulky silhouette.
