This women’s exclusive colorway of the Nike Air Max 97 features high quality patent leather in dark red beetroot that ripples along and sits atop a primarily white coconut milk sole unit that houses a visible full length air unit. The eye-catching design was inspired by Japanese high-speed trains, and the gradient waves of color are now a signature part of this sneaker’s design. Delicate orange tonal Nike Swooshes are found on the tongue and underfoot on the sole’s heel. You’ll notice other branding hits inside in the heel liner and an Air Max ribbon in dark beetroot that runs up the heel counter to a helpful heel loop.
