The Nike Air VaporMax Plus Light Current Blue takes a classic silhouette from the '90s and infuses it with more updated technology, resulting in a lightweight sports shoe with stability, support, and superior cushioning.
The upper of the Nike Air VaporMax Plus Light Current Blue is made from Light Current Blue padded neoprene to ensure lightweight comfort. A lightweight tonal TPU cage surrounds the upper, providing structure and support. Black laces cross over a blue neoprene tongue, and a white Nike Swoosh adorns the lateral-side collar. The black midsole encapsulates a full-length VaporMax Air unit and has a plate for stability underneath it, which curls up into a whale-tail shape on the side wall. The outsole is constructed of thick black rubber that provides traction with the shapes of capsules and horseshoes. Air Max branding streaks across the center of the outsole heel.
