The Nike Free Run 2 Wolf Grey (2021) takes a high-octane running shoe silhouette and dresses it in a mesmerizing upper of soft, neutral shades and textures and fabrics that gently shape the shoe.
The Wolf Grey 2021 version of the Nike Free Run 2 sports an upper of lightweight soft grey mesh closed in by a synthetic white cage for structure and support. Synthetic grey suede overlays create another sort of cage over the side panel and toe cap. A cut-out Nike swoosh appears on the medial side, while a debossed Nike swoosh graces the lateral collar.
What we find most impressive about this running shoe is the sole unit. The midsole delivers ultimate cushioning with a white Phylon midsole housing a Zoom Air unit in the heel. This all sits atop a white rubber midsole with blocks of traction and, more impressively, grooves cut into the rubber to allow for optimum flexibility during your run.
