Basketball player Kevin Durant teams up with Nike for the fifteenth time to create a performance-oriented Nike KD 15 The Ground Up.

The rubber outsole of the Nike KD 15 features an omnidirectional pattern with wide trenches and contoured perforation on the midfoot. The Air Max unit appears in light marine on the heel of a rattan midsole. A breathable mesh, also in rattan color, covers the upper of this shoe. On the quarter panels, a textile underlay is covered by a pink blush plastic rubber walling with a light blue swoosh. The lacing system goes through these panels as well as eyelets with a webbing design for enhanced grips. Nubuck appears on the heel, where a pink pull tab with "EASY" embroidery in grey is sewn on a leather patch on the heel mustache.
