The Nike PG 1 Black University Gold is another colorway of the Nike PG 1, the first basketball shoe released under Paul George’s signature line in his collaboration with Nike.
The shoes have a primarily black upper constructed with a combination of mesh and suede materials, providing a balance of breathability and support, while the sole features a rubber construction for traction and durability. The black upper is complemented by gold accents which are seen on the outline of the Swoosh, the heel pull tab, tongue branding, and on the midfoot strap. The sole unit, on the other hand, has a grey midsole with a speckled pattern and a fully black outsole.
