Francesco Ragazzi, born in Milan, Italy, started Palm Angels in 2011, first as photograph documentation of the skateboarding culture in Los Angeles, California. The photo series became a Rizzoli-published book in 2014, and after that a clothing collection was born. Palm Angels intends to create an Italian perspective on American subcultures and cultures via its clothing and accessories.
