The front of the shirt is dominated by a portrait of Saint Sebastian in a forest with arrows through his body as people continue to shoot him. This portrait in the top right corner of the shirt is done in purple and white. Under the portrait, the Supreme brand name appears in the gothic text. The rest of the front is taken up by vines and motifs that resemble a paisley pattern. The Supreme brand name also appears up and down the sleeves in purple and black gothic text. The back bears the brand name in the same style as it appears on the sleeves, but bigger.
