The Nike Free Metcon 5 Mica Green Campfire Orange is an athletic shoe designed specifically for agility.
This iteration of the Nike Free Metcon 5 is made with a fabric and TPU upper. Different shades of gray, including Medium Ash, form the base of the forefoot in a checkered pattern, covering the toe box, laces, and tongue. Mica Green TPU film overlays form the mudguard and attach to the fabric eyelets on each side, providing support. A Mica Green overlay also supports the heel and contains a small black Nike swoosh on the inner side. The tongue’s pull tab contains Nike Free branding, while the heel is supported by a molded heel cup. The shoe features a large Campfire Orange midsole, which also contains vertical Nike branding on the lateral side.
What we like most about this shoe is the Campfire Orange midsole, which is chunky and provides a pop of color to the otherwise neutral shoe. The Nike Free Metcon 5 Mica Green Campfire Orange was released on July 15, 2023, for $130.
